You do not have to file in order to upgrade--why do you think that you do?  You are posting from online Live Basic--so you are already in an expensive version of the software.  What are you trying to upgrade to?  You can upgrade to Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed.

 

And since you are already in a Live version you can get Live help:

 

You are posting from TurboTax Live.  You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from  5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday - Friday.
