Question

Why can't the IRS determine Eligibility for payment for stimulus checks if TurboTax sent them our information?

I've filed taxes with TurboTax for several years but somehow the IRS doesn't have any of my information to get a stimulus check. I know I qualify,  so I'm wondering if there's I need to do other than just sit and wait for a check.

@hobbs2012 - is your 2019 tax return still in processing?  if so, that is the issue

I filed and received my refund about 2 months ago
