Why can't you file my return by e-file when you know that I only have social security disability. I have no other income and do not understand why I have to file by mail.

If the only income you have is Social Security Disability, then you do not have any income reported on your return – the Social Security Disability is only taxable if you have other income.

If you have no income that is taxable, you cannot e-file your return.
