Are you e-filing your return? The credit/debit card payment option is only available in TurboTax if you e-file your federal return.

Does your card have a U.S. billing address? TurboTax can accept credit, debit, and pre-paid cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo. Like many other U.S. online merchants, TurboTax can only process cards with a U.S. billing address.

I have a U.S. address, and when I try to submit the payment the submit icon button is not functional, thus cannot submit.

You sent me a Visa Card that was had 668.00 and nothing is on my card. Did IRS take the money? If IRS took the money let me know. If not would you please put the money on my card so that I can use it.
