Why cant i download my 2020 return i keep getting error or jut a email saying my 2020 tax return was accessed ?

What is the error message you are receiving when trying to download your return? Please see this help article for assistance with printing your return: How do I get a copy of a return I filed this year in TurboTax Online?

In regards to the email that your tax return was accessed - our system will automatically send you an email when your account has been logged into, or when a return is opened. If you logged into your TurboTax account and opened your return, then you accessed the information and therefore that is the reason for the email you received.
