Why cant i e-file? its saying that i cant enter a zip code on my state information worksheet.

Im getting this every time i try to e-file "zip code should not be entered directly on the California information worksheet for electronic filing. you must complete the federal information worksheet." i have verified all the information on my federal information worksheet is correct and the zip codes match.
