Why did both my children not qualify for CTC the box other dependents is checked not the qualifying box why is that

We cannot see what you entered for the children. Some of the usual reasons for not getting CTC for a child are that the child was born in 2020 and you did not say the child lived with you the whole year; you did not enter a Social Security number for the child, or that the child turned 17 in 2020-----you lose the child tax credit in the tax year that a child turns 17.

If none of these seem to be the reason, click the child's name in My Info --- delete the child and re-enter the child and go through all of the screens for the child again.
