Why did I get an email saying "Your taxes are incomplete in TurboTax" when I filed my taxes in March (and confirmed they were accepted)?

You may have another account.  That's common.  How to view all your accounts

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

I'm having the same problem. I tried your "multiple account" check and I only get one account. What else could be the cause?
