Underneath your question above it says you are using Live Basic, which is a paid upgrade from Free Edition.  With Live Basic one gets on-demand help from a CPA/EA tax expert during return preparation and a final review of the return prior to filing.  Live Basic is currently $50 for Federal and $40 for state.

Did you accidentally click on the Live feature when preparing your return?  If so,  have you already registered/paid/filed?   If not, you may be able to remove the Live part and go back to regular Free Edition.

If you didn't want Live, and have already paid, you could phone TurboTax Support and explain your situation.  If you didn't use any Live service, then stress that and that you didn't get the review of your return (if that's the case.)    I don't know what they will say/do.
