Why did I only get $88 back from my solar installation in 2018. I got 1061 back on my 2018 returns. I currently have $7176 carryforward, so why am I only getting 88 back?

The carryover credit would be limited to your income tax in the current year. Maybe you only had $88 in tax this year.

You can view your tax summary by following these steps:

1. Find the "Tax Tools" option on your left menu bar and click on it

2. Click on "Tools"

3. Click on "View Tax Summary"

The tax summary will show your tax amount and the credits allowed on your tax return.
