Why did I pay full price for filing federal while the discount is still active?

I finished filing prior to the end of the deal according to both my email and the website but didn't receive the discount. I know it only applies to federal and not state but I still paid full price.

If the discount isn't showing in your shopping cart, you will need to clear your cache and cookies, then log back in.

This one shows how to delete your cookies.  

This one will help you clear your cache.

Oh... I guess I'm out of luck then. I had went ahead and paid what it showed me already last night because I hadn't wanted to miss the sale but ended up paying full price. I guess I'll know for next year if they have another sale. Thanks for info.
