Why did I receive email saying I needed to finish filing? and my federal tax has been accepted what is going on.

Am I being. scammed or is turbo tax just i screwing with me.

Many users have more than one account; sometimes they start a return in one, forget how to access it , and then just start over in a new account. The "old" forgotten account can generate messages to you to finish. If you know that you filed and that your return was accepted then disregard the emails.
