Why did my order status change from pending to complete when using refund transfer?

I used refund transfer as my payment method and filed on 01/30/2021 and the irs accepted it on 02/12/2021.

My payment has been listed as pending all the way up until today, and today it says payment complete.

I've checked online and I've seen several experts say that tt always says payment complete immediately when using refund transfer, but I can say for certain that that is inaccurate.

Tell me, does this mean the irs has sent out my refund. Do not tell me to check irs or sbtg bc neither site is being updated like they should be.

That means you chose to pay the product fees out of the Federal refund instead of paying upfront with a credit/debit card. That payment method involves Santa Barbara bank in the process and has a $40 service fee. The bank receives the refund from the IRS, subtracts the fees, then transfers the refund to your bank/card account in a second direct deposit. That payment method can be removed prior to filing, if not wanted, then you can pay by credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.
