Why did The irs say that turbo tax has my stimulas and my federal refund where is it and why don't I have it but turbo tax took there 400 dollar payment?

No tax preparation firms are allowed to receive customer money, refund or stimulus. If you pay your fees upfront, then you deal directly with the IRS. If you choose to have fees taken from your refund, your money goes through a bank. All tax companies must do this. There was a problem for all in dealing with this third party- banks. It is now resolved. You should be seeing money.

If however, you still have not received your stimulus by January 15, you can claim it on your tax return, wherever you file.
