Question

Why did you guys charge me $170 to file my taxes threw here it was sapose to be free???

I then paid for the delux or what ever the $30 one for the loans but I did NOT agree to $170?!?!?

You can check the fees that were charged to you by TurboTax by following these steps:

  • While in your Tax Home,
  • Scroll down to Tax Tools,
  • Select Tools,
  • Select My Fees.

If you haven't already filed your return, then follow these directions to remove any un-wanted charges:
