Why didn't I get line 30 (recovery rebate) after Turbo Tax said I will get it.

If you did not receive the Recovery Rebate then according to the IRS they have already sent it to you.   TurboTax is basing its statement on the information you entered.   You must have answered the recovery rebate question that you did not receive the funds.   

You should probably double-check your bank account and make sure that you did not receive the $1,400 stimulus funds for each party claimed on your return.  It would have been around mid-February to early March.   If you disagree, then you will have to contact the IRS.   TurboTax has no control of the stimulus payments and we cannot verify whether you received it or not.

The IRS is saying you got rebate and are asking for it again on you return.

 It doesn't  come separately.  It is included in your refund.  Or did the IRS actually reduce the refund on line 35a?
