Why didn't my early discount apply before March 1?

I logged into the TurboTax online website before 3/1 with a posted discount of $40.  I then went to the payment screen and noticed the full discount was not applied.  I then contacted customer service via phone about this.  The person said he would help but I never got any help.  My case was unceremoniously closed.  What can I do to get the discount?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
