Why didn’t the app ask for my direct doposit information

If you filed with TurboTax for your 2018 tax return, it likely is still using the same information for your direct deposit information.

If you have already filed and your return has been accepted, you cannot change the direct deposit account.

If your return has been accepted, IRS generally processes refunds within 21 days.  State refunds vary depending on the state.
