Why do I have to pay a kansas state filing fee when im not filing a Kansas state return?

Im filing a Arkansas state return and have moved to Kansas just recently this year why does the state of Kansas want a 49 dollar filing fee through Turbo Tax?

If you were ONLY an AK resident in 2021 then go back to the MY INFO tab and indicate you ONLY made money in AK and you were only an AK resident for 2021.   Then go to the state tab and remove the unneeded KS return.

It probably got KS from your address in My Info.
