Why do I have to pay someone for information on why or where is my dependents stimulus checks ?

You don't have to pay for that information.  However, dependents are not eligible for their own economic impact payments. If you filed a tax return that listed a child age 16 or younger, you should receive an additional $500 in your payment. 

 

If you did not receive this payment, you can claim the missing amount when you file your tax return for the 2020 tax year in 2021.

 

The only source for information on those payments is here: IRS Get my Payment Tool. 

 

TurboTax does not have any additional information about economic impact payments ("stimulus checks".)
