I am having the exact same issue and refreshing the browser cache did not resolved the problem. I even tried different browsers and computers. This problem prevents me to filling my taxes.

Unfortunately no. It works with any other TAX services like ZenLedger, cyryptotrader, cointracker but not with TurboTax. What a shame that I have to pay additional $400 plus on third party services to file my taxes.

Doesn't work won't add transaction history due to api limitations between the two.

Thanks my friend. However, it doesn't work for me b/c of the limitation of transactions. I have had ~32k of transactions with Binance US alone. This is the message I am getting while trying to import using CoinTracker.

 

We could not import this

Your combined individual sales would exceed our limit of 10000

I am having this error also. Looks to be a common issue. This needs to be fixed by TurboTax ASAP. @LindseyLO @AkinaLO

Getting the same issue. It won't upload. Had to request a refund the cointracker because their service resulted in unrealistic figures. Found several sync issues. Considering taking my taxes elsewhere this is a total nightmare.

I am having the exact same issue. Tried many times and on different browsers and even different computers. Biance US and TurboTax are not connecting, we need this fixed. I cannot imagine importing every sale individually, and not to mention I am not even sure how to do...

Biance US never sent me a 1099-B form and I cannot download this from their site. I only get sale history detail...

You will need to contact Biance US to get a copy of the 1099 to be able to import it into Turbo Tax @sawalha.

We shouldn't have to.  Intuit needs to resolve their system issues.

As of today this is still an issue.  Even uploading the CSV sales document fails because Intuit doesn't like the header format.

I'm also having this issue, it's definitely not because of an excess of transactions. I'm trying to contact binance.us about getting 1099. Likewise, every other app gives one except binance.us. Is it bc it's originally a UK-based company? No idea.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, please make sure that your software is updated to the most recent version. The below TurboTax help article will assist with this.

Why hasn't TurboTax/Intuit made an effort to make the .csv file compatible with their system. It seems I was able to connect with many other custodians that I trade with through this app, but for some reason, you all must have missed how giant Binance.US is and how frequently it is utilized. It would be SUPER helpful if TurboTax/Intuit could update this feature on their app so that people like me can complete our filing. Seems like this company has had enough time to work out this kink and it's a real bummer it is still persisting. Please, if you can, would be great if you could rectify this issue ASAP. Thanks!
