Why do I keep getting an error message to fix the TC-40 form of my state return before I can file my return?

Yes. It says payee’s city must be entered. I can see where it needs to be entered but I can’t find a way to edit the form.

To edit an entry in TurboTax Online, you will need to revisit that section and use the guided interview feature to make any changes. You can also try deleting the form and then re-enter it again to see if that resolves the issue. See How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online? for instructions.
