Why do I keep getting errors when I try to import information from my investments and my W2?

In past years, I could.  I double checked the passwords for the sites - but it still will not work in turbotax now.

There are a lot of reasons why you can not import your forms from outside TurboTax.  TurboTax partners with organizations that want to have their information directly imported into the program for convenience sake.  Some partnerships continue and some end and some organizations join up every year.
