Why do I keep getting rejected for Reject Code F8962-070 when I have never had Marketplace insurance and click "no" when asked about a 1095-a?

So I have always had private insurance, and this year I had this through my employer. I even received a 1095-b and 1095-c stating that I was covered for the entire year by my private insurance.
However, my tax return keeps getting rejected with the reject code listed above that wants me to attach a 1095-a. I don't have that because again, no Marketplace insurance.
I have spoken with 2 TurboTax reps and they have me do the same thing I did before the rejection which is "delete" the 1095-a form (which I never uploaded, cause I don't have it), and then they have me answer "no" on the question about the 1095-a. After that, it still gets rejected.
I have called Marketplace and they have verified that I never have used them.
What should I do? Is there another part of the return I have accidentally filled out that relates to the 1095-a?

More than likely the IRS has incorrect information about you in reference to Marketplace Insurance which you never had (this is Not uncommon).  The IRS will continue to reject your e-filed tax return.

Unfortunately, the only way you will be able to file your tax return is to print, sign, date and mail the return to the IRS.  The IRS will probably send you a notice concerning the 1095-A and the Form 8962,  You can then speak to an IRS agent to get this resolved using the phone number provided in the notice.

You also need to check if you are claiming a dependent who had insurance through the Marketplace.
