Why do I keep getting the "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section" message?

    These are caused by a networking disconnect. 

     

    Check to make sure you have a good, strong internet connection. If you are using a vpn, you might need to temporarily disconnect it. Same with anti-virus software. 

     

    You could also try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax or you can also try a different browser.
