We can't see your tax return or documents.  Did you earn more money this year than last year, and insufficient New York tax was withheld?  Did you telecommute from outside New York on behalf of a New York employer?  Did you use the New York allocation screens to assign the correct income to New York if all of it was reported there?  Please clarify your situation and we can provide a more complete answer to assist you.
