It could happen for variety of reasons - due to your income increase, withholdings decrease, some credits you received in past years you might not receive this year, etc. You can see your summary page and compare you numbers this year to your 2019 numbers. And it is always a good idea to double check your entries before filing - you might simply made a mistake somewhere.
