Why do my health insurance premiums from CSA 1099-R not show as deductible on worksheet or Schedule A? Can't find a way to fix this.

I had FEHB for 11 months and Medicare Part B for 2 months which was taken out of my Civil Service Retirement check.  Last year they were included for deduction on Schedule A in Turbotax (Premier) but this year they are not in TurboTax (Deluxe).  My husband's Medicare Part B premiums show up, but not my FEHB and Medicare Part B premiums from the CSA 1099-R.  Should I add back in to "other"?

When you enter your CSA 1099-R, you should have an entry in box 5 for Employee Contributions/Designated ROTH Contributions or Insurance Premiums (see screenshot).

Continue, and you'll see the screen Enter Health Insurance Amount from Box 5 (see screenshot). When you enter the amount for medical insurance premiums, it will transfer over to  Schedule A Medical Expenses. Again, see the screenshot below.
