Why do my taxes say 2019 when they are from 2018

Because you are using the TurboTax online editions which are Only for tax year 2019.  Clear the return.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

A 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

The Online version is for 2019 returns only.  You cannot prepare a prior year return with the Online version.  To prepare a prior year return with TurboTax, you need to download the 2018 tax software which is installed on your computer.  Prior year returns must be mailed, they cannot be e-file with TurboTax.
