Why do we have to add plus benefits in order to speak to a lIVE specialist?

Yes, live specialist support is a feature of the PLUS Help & Support package.

What exactly is "Specialist Support" for Plus benefits?  Is this a licensed CPA?  If I call TurboTax for help with my product I'm using, aren't I speaking to a specialist providing me support?

 

Where can I find pricing for Plus benefits on the TurboTax website?  I see online products, desktop products, but not add-on services, like Plus benefits, Audit Defense, or MAX.  Where are all of these services and their pricing found on the TurboTax website? (please don't send me a link to explain what these services are.  I need to know where they are found and their pricing on the website.)

You are able to communicate with a CPA, EA or lawyer using the TurboTax Live feature under any version of TurboTax.

 

Pricing can be found within the tax software.

  • Down the left side of the screen, click File.
  • Click Start to the right of Review your order.
  • MAX Benefits are explained and prices are included.
