Why does 2017 Keep getting rejected for 2016 AGI even though it's correct? That being said I did only file my 2016 a month ago, will that affect it?

The 2016 AGI will not be in the IRS databases since you only just filed the 2016 tax return.  Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2016 AGI.
