Why does it say im getting over 100 thousand grand back from state when i donteven make that much

You have added some zeros or misplaced a decimal someplace.  Go back to the amounts you entered for boxes 16 and 17 from your W-2's and find your typo(s).   The decimal and comma are next to each other on the keyboard so it is likely you struck the wrong key.
