Why does it say needs review when I reviewed it 5 times now? My employer spelled my last name [removed] instead of [removed] is that why?

It sounds like you may be stuck in a loop. I would suggest signing out of your account and clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or try using a different browser.

In addition, make certain your name on the return is spelled correctly and not spelled to match the incorrect spelling listed on your W-2. I would also recommend requesting an updated W-2 from your employer, with your correct last name. This will ensure your name matches the IRS tax records, in the event of a future audit.
