Why does it say that I owe 2,466? Does this mean I'm not getting a return? Is this from not filing last year?

has nothing to do with 2021.  we can see your return or data so apparently you owe. but this could be due to an error in entering your data or not having enough in withholding and estimated tax payments to cover the liability.  you'll need to review the return line by line to see if anything appears to be incorrect. 

And since you did not file for 2021......you DO NOT include any of your 2021 income along with your 2022 tax return. 

Your 2021 income has to be entered in a separate 2021 tax return, that can now only be prepared using the desktop/download software....AND can only be filed on paper...thru the mail.
