Why does my 1099-K keep showing up as "NEEDS REVIEW" even though I've entered all the required information?

    Sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files) because a full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax.  You can try these steps if you are using the online version:

     

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window

    I've deleted the information and reentered it multiple times. Every time I go to Review, I get the same result.

    It may be an informational review, just reminding you to be sure you are done or it could be an error not allowing you to efile. See if it is just a warning and you can go past it to file. If not, give us the exact error message when trying to file.
