Why does my federal say $0 and say that i orderd something when i didnt?

You can view your fees by clicking on the "Tax Tools" option on your left menu bar, then choose "Tools", then "My Fees". If you feel your fees are not correct, please click on the "Help with My Fees" option at the bottom of the "My Turbo Tax Fees" screen for suggestions on how to reduce your fees.

You can view your form 1040 to see why your tax may be zero by following these steps in TurboTax:

1. Find the "Tax Tools" option on your left menu bar and click on it

2. Click on "Tools"

3. Click on "View Tax Summary"

4. On the left menu bar see the option "Preview my 1040" and click on it to view form 1040 and schedule 1 to 3
