Why does my form 8895 not stay deleted once ive deleted it?

Ive tried deleting tax form 8895 several times for it to just be right back. How do i permanently delete the tax form 8895?

Let's try this. In TurboTax online,

1. Sign into your account, select Take me to my return

2. Select Tax Tools, click on the drop down arrow

3. Select Tools

4. Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form

5. Select Delete next to the form 8995 and Continue with My Return
