Why does my payment type say refund transfer

The Refund Transfer means you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your Federal refund. There is an additional charge for that service, charged by the bank that handles the transaction. If you have not filed yet, you can choose to pay your TurboTax fees another way to avoid the additional charge.
How do I remove Pay With My Refund fees in TurboTax Online and change my payment method?
