Question

Why does my screen not show the words but only the radio buttons I have to select?

I have to select an answer but I the buttons to select are nor labeled. This is obviously a software problem. This happened yesterday and I had to speak to a live person to tell me what should be on the screen. Now it's happening again.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
