Why does one of my 1099-R income sources keep telling me "Needs review" when I think I've finished it?

There are follow up questions you need to answer after you enter all of the details from the form, so make sure you have gone all the way through the entire retirement section. If you had a coronavirus distribution in 2020, the form needed (8915-F) to file your return will be ready on 03/24 (tentatively).

If it continues to be problematic, delete the 1099-R and re-enter it from scratch. If you change something on a 1099-R (or even if TurboTax does an update you are unaware of), details get stuck and the only way to fix it is to reenter it the form.
