Why does the app crash or web site give me an error message when I hit continue to enter w2 info?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This may help. It is possible that the site is getting more requests than what it is designed to handle due to extraordinary circumstances. If it does not work, you may have to use Turbo Tax online.
