Why does the TurboTax website say it's 5 minutes to talk to someone, but when you call they say "I can't take your call, call back after July 15th".

Not sure where you are seeing that message about five minutes, but the reality is that this is deadline day and the lines are always swamped by last minute filers trying to get help. If you cannot get Live help today, you can post questions here and we will try to help from the user forum.
