Why does Turbo Tax ask if you have non taxable items and child support is listed, but yet child support cannot be claimed as income? And they ask for the amount. Do I enter anything?

Even though child support is not taxable,  Turbotax asks for it for other reasons. It is household support for the health care subsidy. It also spendable funds for the sales tax deduction.

No, you do not enter child support as income on your taxes. Child support is not taxable income and does not get reported on the tax return.
