Why doesn't my order reflect the $10 Fidelity discount off the Deluxe product?

I signed up through the fidelity website. When I first started it showed that the Deluxe product would be $50 vs $60. Now that I am checking out it states I owe $60.

You may have lost the discount cookie.

 

1)  Log out of TTX entirely

2) Go to the Fidelity site and re-enter TTX from their entry point  ("Get TurboTax now....."   )

3) When it redirects you to the TTX page, go to the main Sign In box there with your current username/pwd

 

That should do it.....if it doesn't, maybe you have some type of cookie blocker on your device
