I use to be able to get answers not no more been doing turbo tax over ten years I been trying to get one answer for over an hour and no where time to find a new tax program and I use premier should get better help than this

In order to transfer your 2019 data to 2020 you have to be using the exact same account and exactly the same user ID; you must perform the transfer before you enter any other data.

Customer support opens at 5 a.m. Pacific time, by the way, and you posted this in the middle of the night.
