Georgia has stated to please allow them 90 business days to process your return and issue a refund. This is also stated on their Where's My Refund? page when you go to track your refund.

If you are not finding your return in the system, this is why, they may have not started processing yours yet. It will not show in their system until they actually start processing it.

What does the status for your Georgia state return say when you log into your TurboTax account? Does it show as pending, started or incomplete?

You can also check your TurboTax e-file status here <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/</a>

@annbennett28 Thanks for the update. I've provided an answer for you below. The state of GA is asking that you all allow them 90 days to process returns.
