You mentioned a refund, but did you mean a tax return?   Is that supposed to ask why hasn't your state return been filed?

If so, how did you choose to file it--by mail or by efile?   If by mail, TurboTax does not mail it for you.  You have to print, sign, date, and mail it.   

When you log back into your online account, what is displayed for "return status?"

If you efiled, what does this efile status check tool show?

Yes I Meant my State Return. I filed efile. The status reads “ready to mail”

Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print out your return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. How to change from Mail to Efile https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5561257 Turbo Tax will always say Ready to Mail. They don't know if or when you actually mailed it. And the IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax when they get a mailed return.
