Why have I not been notified of an interception or change in refund amount

TurboTax does not notify you if that happens because the IRS does not inform us if that happens. The IRS should send you a letter explaining why your refund amount was taken or changed.  

  • If you don't receive a notice, contact the BFS's TOP call center at 800-304-3107.
