Why haven't Turbo Tax texted me my 6-digit verification code to my telephone number so that we can finish this last step in filing for my federal refund?

I'm still on this site waiting for the 6-digit verification code. Are you going to text the code. I've provided you with the telephone number and I'm still waiting for the code.

The verification code is sent to your email address instead of your phone number for security purposes.

You can always change your email address for your TurboTax account and then try to send the code there, or you can use the FAQ link provided below for other ways to confirm your account:

If you are having trouble getting the verification code, please ensure the phone number on the Intuit account is the correct phone number. Also ensure that your phone does not have short texts blocked.
