Why I am not getting credit for other dependents for my child? We have been living here on TN and TD visa for almost 7 years and never had CTC or ODC, she has ITIN number

The other dependent credit (ODC) is allowed for a child who has an individual taxpayer identification number or ITIN. The child tax credit (CTC) is not allowed for a child who does not have a social security number (SSN).
